I saw Guys n Dolls around 8 times   Leicester, Watford, Tonyrefail,  Saturday Scene Roadshow, Lakeside Country club, Guys n Dolls TV special show to name a few.

I have been a fan since 1974.

My faves were Dominic and Julie, I copied Julie's look

The only memorabilia I have are vinyl singles and albums, I wish I had photos

I remember them being on Saturday Scene Show and Top of the Pops

Funny moments, I was at Lakeside with my sister who came to shows with me, the chauffeur was my dad who has now sadly passed away,  God bless him. We went backstage and a security man tried to throw us out, Dominic soon sorted that out, poor Julie had sunstroke that night but still managed to do the show.

Last time I saw them I would say was 1976 I lived in Aldershot and worked in a record shop, I loved music, I was a guys n dolls fan, I loved their music, their style, everything about them. 

I particularly loved Dominic(RIP) and Julie.  I dressed like them at shows, I styled my hair like Julie, my sister did hers like Theresa.  I loved going to their shows and met them several times. They were so lovely, they invited me and my sister to eat with them after a show, unfortunately we had to cut it short as dad had been waiting around and needed to get back home as he had work the next day as had I.

At that time I was working at Fleet services before I got my job in record stores so it was a very early start for me, I got picked up for work at 6am. 

I still listen to their music and just wished I had seen Grant & Forsyth perform and a Guys n Dolls reunion.
